At Midget Budz, size doesn’t matter, but savings do. Our smalls — also called popcorn buds — are the smaller buds from the same plants as the big, showpiece colas, trimmed and packed with the same care. They are not leftovers, and they are not a different product in disguise. They are simply the little guys that grow lower on the plant or break off during trimming, and that smaller size is exactly why they cost less.

That is the whole trick, and it is a good one. Because you are not paying for size or shelf appeal, you get more bud for your budget. Our smalls are sold by the ounce, from $59 to $72 per 28 grams, so the per-gram math is easy to love: about $2.11 to $2.57 per gram. Whether you are stocking up, trying a new strain without committing to a premium price, or just keeping the jar full between paydays, smalls stretch further without asking you to settle.

Who are smalls for? Honestly, almost everyone who shops with us. They are a smart pick for everyday smokers who go through a steady amount, for cooks and rollers who break buds down anyway, and for curious shoppers who want to explore Death Bubba, Pink Kush, Rockstar and the rest of the lineup without blowing the budget. If you love a big, photogenic bud for a special occasion, that is still here too — but for day-to-day value, the little guys win on price, every time.
