Privacy Policy — Midget Budz

Midget Budz (midgetbudz.cc) is an online store selling small cannabis buds (“smalls”) to adults 19+ in Canada. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our site, why, and what we do with it.

What we collect

Order information. When you place an order we collect your name, billing/shipping address, email, phone number if provided, and order details. Payment is by Interac e-Transfer through our payment provider, BLAZING Email Transfer — no card payments are taken, and we do not store card numbers on our site.
Account information. If you create an account, we store your login details and order history so you can check out faster and see past orders.
Email signups. If you subscribe at checkout or through a signup form, we store your email address to send store news and offers. At checkout you can choose to join our MailerLite email list (group “Midget Budz”) by ticking the signup checkbox — it’s optional and unticked by default, so you’re only subscribed if you tick it. You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
Contact messages. If you message us through the site contact form or by email (info@midgetbudz.cc), we keep the message so we can reply. You can also reach us on Signal at budz.20.
Site analytics / cookies. Like most stores, the site uses cookies and similar tools needed to run the cart, checkout, and security, and to understand which pages get visited. Site analytics are provided by Google Analytics (GA4, via the Google Analytics for WooCommerce plugin).

How we use it

To process, pack, and ship your order, and to contact you about it.
To reply to questions and support requests.
To send marketing email only to people who signed up for it — every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
To prevent fraud and keep the site secure.
We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

Only the services needed to run the store: our payment processor, shipping carriers, email provider, and website host, each limited to what they need to do their job.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as needed for tax, accounting, and warranty/support purposes. Marketing emails stop as soon as you unsubscribe.

Your choices

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it (subject to records we must keep by law). Email info@midgetbudz.cc and we’ll take care of it.
