Payments
I accept E-Transfers, Bitcoin and Ethereum. I moved away from IOU’s years ago. The best move I made.
Shipping
If your order is paid for by 8am (PDT) Monday to Friday (excluding holidays), your order will ship out that day. If it’s paid for after that, it will ship out the next business day. I want to get your order in your hands ASAP.
Discreet is one of my specialties. I heat seal your product in a Mylar Bag and then put that bag into another, thicker Mylar bag and heat seal that as well. Just like you should do on a date at 3am, we double bag it. Only you and I will know the contents of that bag.
I only use Canada Post Xpress Post. They seem to find your privacy just as important as I do.
I do. Once your order hits $144, it’s Free. If there are any Discounts applied, the $144 has to be hit after those Discounts. No exceptions, so don’t ask. If you don’t hit free shipping threshold, it’s $20 flat.
I only ship within Canada and wherever Canada Post will deliver to.

Order Issues
Relax. Once in a while Canada Post is late. We can all encounter issues, just like CP can. Just keep an eye on your Tracking number. If Canada Post shows the order still out for delivery, that’s what I will assume. It’s only when Canada Post shows your package to be lost or undeliverable, will I take action and make sure we take care of you 100%.

Shit happens but how we reify those mistakes, is what’s important. If there’s any problem with your order, I got you. Just contact Customer Service with the issue and we will make sure we handle it. Don’t BS me, I will know.
This is an easy one. Once I package up your order, I scan it in the shop. That scan automatically attaches the Tracking Number to your order and emails it to you. That does not mean it’s live yet though. In order for that Tracking to be Live, Canada Post has to receive it and scan it on their end. If your Tracking number isn’t live by the next day from when it’s shipped, Contact us.
